Key Features
Break-away function prevents equipment from being damaged by tripping hazards or accidental pulling.
Static release force: maximum 7lbs.
Typical applications include hospitals (for connecting mobile imaging or equipment carts); schools (for connecting classroom projectors or laptops); data centres (for temporary connection of network diagnostic equipment).
The breakaway adapter attaches to a standard RJ45 patch cord and is then plugged into either a piece of equipment or an RJ45 outlet. When a pull force is applied, the adapter is released.
